About the Toolkit

This Virtual Toolkit was developed as part of the Intergenerational Learning for Sustainable Households (IL4SH) project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The IL4SH project aims to foster intergenerational collaboration and sustainable behaviours by equipping educators with practical resources and innovative methods, such as Citizen Science and Design Thinking, to implement sustainability education in schools and households.

The toolkit is the result of collaborative development, local piloting, and feedback from teachers. It contains ready-to-use workshops, a collection of tools and resources, and a set of additional learning modules designed to support educators in launching their own intergenerational learning projects.

All content is free to use to encourage wider adoption of sustainability education practices across generations.
